Returns

The Centerville Store offers some of the highest quality tack products on the market. This allows us to also offer one of the best return policies around. Simply put, if you're not happy, we're not happy and you are welcome to return any merchandise for a full refund. We obviously cannot authorize refunds for used merchandise. However, we will accept returns for the unused and unopened portion of any order.

General Merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Saddle & Tack returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. All Custom Made Ordered Products are non-refundable, unless pre-authorized or products are defective. Exchanges may be offered for Special Orders. Original shipping charges are non refundable and customer is responsible for cost of return shipping charges. Refunds can only be credited to credit card only. Merchandise must be in original packaging and be in new unused condition. Please allow 2-3 weeks for proper credit. There is a restocking fee on all returned merchandise. This fee is 10% of the sale price only.
